Cross-over subs
SFMC cross-over subs are made from 4145H alloy steel, that are heat-treated according to drill collar specifications to ensure a hardness range of 285-341. Brinell. Charpy “V” notch minimum impact strength of 40 ft-lb at 700F are guaranteed one inch below the surface. it acts as connecting and change-over, deliver torque function in different types of drill tools. All connections are phosphated or coppered coating to minimize galling on initial make-up and drilling operation.

 Pup Joints
All SFMC pup joints are manufactured from the integral bars of AISI 4145H Modified chromium molybdenum alloy steel heat-treated according to drill collar specifications to ensure a hardness range of 285-341. Brinell. Charpy “V” notch minimum impact strength of 40 ft-lb at 700F are guaranteed one inch below the surface. The mechanical properties of pup joints are guaranteed between G-105 and S-135 drill pipe with same pin ID. All connections are phosphated or coppered -coated to improve resistance to galling.
The pup joints with length of between 5 ft and 20 ft are available
Lifting Subs
